Had a blast getting in some rolls to help burn off Christmas dinner and desert.
It’s a supercool group or people and the legitimate catch wrestling techniques mixed in make it really unique compared to other traditional BJJ only schools.
Dropped in while visiting from New York very friendly and welcoming environment great group of people highly recommended coaches were great and really took the time to help with my questions will definitely visit again
Mt fiance and I were visiting from VA and needed somewhere for muy thai/ kickboxing to train for our vacation.
I had bad experiences for years at other gyms around Orlando, found gm, been there a year couldn’t ask for more in a gym/coaches/training partners.
Don’t miss out training here.
Gave me an extra boost of energy n the morning and taught me valuable fighting skills.
Moved to the area for 4 months & was looking for a gym that fits what I was looking for which was lots of class options, morning & evenings with open mats (Gi & No Gi), an ability to develop & learn new skills, and competitive but safe where everyone rolls to each others level or intensity (Personally a hobbyist with 1 year training experience).
Excellent training, great community whether your new or have trained for a while.
As a 50-year-old student who came from another gym with a much different experience I really appreciate these qualities and find it encouraging that not only are Brian and Rita amazing instructors, but they also continue to train, compete and hone their own skills.
