Gracie Westchase
I started training at Gracie Westchase to help me prepare for my fights both prior to and while under contract with the UFC. Bamboo set up a remarkable program that allowed not just my skill set to grow, but a cardio regiment that put me in the greatest shape of my life. Bamboo is both knowledgable in Brazilian jiu jitsu and wrestling, as well as Muay Thai and boxing. His ability to blend the four into an effective and overall simple program to learn is nothing short of extraordinary. I highly recommend people of all ages and experience levels to go to Gracie Westchase. Whether you want self defense or to lose weight, you will never find a better place for it.

Gracie is THE GYM to go to, great family environment and the people here are animals!
They love the coaches, learning new techniques and building confidence with every class.
Very welcoming and everyone is committed to helping each other get better.
For me personally, this gym has everything I need - a jam packed and flexible schedule that makes it easy to train every day, knowledgeable instructors that are there to help guide you with whatever goals you have with martial arts, and a huge supportive team that is always pushing each other to get better.
Knowledgeable and professional staff that becomes more like a family.
I have been attending jiujitsu classes for roughly 5 months with some Muay Thai in between and I must say I couldn’t be more stoked with my experience.
And the coaches who teach the class; Erin, Aden and Javier are the perfect mixture of patience and discipline.
