Through the conviction that everyone can and should evolve as a person, we inhabit an intimidating space known as the “outside of the comfort zone” to most. The curriculum is specific and followed carefully, the instruction is strong, the teacher to student ratio works well, and they make it fun and play games that my 8-year-old enjoys very much.
It can be a bit nerve racking visiting another martial arts academy but I always feel at home when I train at GB and Ft Collins was no different.
