I dropped in for the 6am class to give this gym a try. I've been following on social media for a while and decided to dive back into working out. All I can say is wow. I was so impressed, I got an amazing workout and didn't feel defeated ( I was expecting this since I haven't worked out in years). Edwin was encouraging and helpful and everyone else in the class were just as encouraging . I will for sure be back!
