Five Starr Pilates & Fitness offers quality Pilates and cycling classes in a super cute studio with positive vibes!
Every instructor is motivating and encouraging (and never in that way that some gyms use where the instructor just yells and criticizes people).
The instructors all have different styles but are always willing to help, modify for injuries, articulate movements, and are keen on their kinesthetics!
Great workout schedules to fit our needs.
This is a Herculean effort on Starrs part to set up bikes and reformers twice a day for morning and evening classes.
Temperature checked before class and must wear your mask when walking around.
Clean and staff friendly.
I have degenerative arthritis in my neck, so circuit workouts, crossfit or other high impact workouts would cause pain and eventually really bad migraines so working out was not really an option.
The place is so clean, the instructors are super friendly, and the classes are awesome.
