Great place to train!
It's perfect option for those that don't wanna be a part of a large meat market place and you get great personal attention w the training.
Whether it’d be with the kids or the adult classes, he runs his operation with tremendous passion.
Excellent, quality training this is a gym that is primarily interested in one thing in that is bettering the individual coming in whether they compete or not.
Upon entry take note that you do have to go behind the first building and immediately you will see them on the left if you are coming in from the right .
I recommend it for anyone interested in training.
