I recommend Cinda's yoga classes to everyone! When I was diagnosed with MS, it rattled my world. My body was not cooperating with me and my sense of identity was deeply bruised. I've been attending Cinda's classes for almost 2 years now, and my mind-body connection is so much stronger, even my neurologist is impressed at how improved my balance has become. I love how each yoga class incorporates setting intentions, and being mindful of our own body & emotions, as well as the world around us.
