Evolve's Muay Thai program is a great addition that allows members to explore the difference between what will work in the street (self-defense) and in the ring (controlled environment with rules, weight classes, and no threat of multiple attackers and weapons). The synergy of training in both Muay Thai and Krav Maga is a powerful combination and allows the practitioner to accelerate their training and become both an expert in self-defense and striking.

This promotion includes the kickboxing class on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, but I really wanted to do the slideboard classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays (all classes' can be attended for the promotion).
They assured me they would contact me if I missed more than a week to try and put a hold on my lessons, but I got sick and missed 2 months and hever heard form anyone.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and make sure that you walk away from each class having learned something applicable.
