Every Body's Pilates

I had a great workout experience and looking forward to visiting once more when I come back.

Just took the newbie’s class on the reformer and it was really nice- learning how the reformer works and getting resistance and stretching, very relaxing, no pressure!

I see Judy twice a week and she is so smart, very seasoned and knows the human body very well.

Fortunately Jill has every piece of equipment ever invented for a pilates studio, which helped me to recover better and stronger.

In spite of this, Judy has enabled me to remain physically fit by providing challenging and varied routines.

The twenty minutes she spent on the phone with me before my first class was even more impressive and helped me feel comfortable.

Jill's studio is always impeccably clean, it looks fresh and smells super clean and believe me I have worked at a studio that was not very tidy or fresh.

The teachers are patient with beginners, while providing a challenge for more advanced students.

Side note for experienced pilates reformer practitioners: classes here are taught with different gearbar/stopper/spring settings than Stott standard, but you get used to it 😉
