Several months ago I hobbled (literally) in to see Shannon for the first time. After spending 20+ years working in an office environment and being fairly inactive, I was at an all time low. My back hurt, my feet hurt and my hips were starting to get sore. My diet was a mess and I was tired of envying people that were athletic and strong. Nearly 5 months later, so much has changed as a result of having Shannon in my life. She helped me with a detailed nutrition plan and got me to a place physically where I am now enjoying the community of group fitness classes. I am definitely a work in progress but Shannon has quite literally helped me start to transform into the person I want to be. You won't find anyone more professional, dedicated and responsive. Shannon educated me on training exercise routines to fully rehabilitate my post operative (and nerve compromised) shoulder, that other therapists simply couldn’t resolve for me in many months, with several other therapists attempts.
Shannon got my soccer player back and playing safely and as quick as possible.
I had a serious knee injury and was told it could take up to 4-6 months to heal and Shannon helped me get back to playing soccer in 3!
I recommend her to anyone that needs PT, or just wants to improve their overall health by getting on a stretching/strengthening exercise routine.
She'll get you back in shape as long as you do the homework.
