DYU offers a well-rounded yoga teacher training program that provides a solid foundation in the spiritual, philosophical, and physical dimensions of yoga.

I found that the majority of expectations were self-imposed and that -my- yoga had to involve taking care of myself as things came up; DYU absolutely gave me the space and community to do that, and I know I have a home here for years to come.

This program has impacted me in ways that are hard to describe (all for the better) You can definitely feel this program is built on both a love of yoga and betterment of others through skillful teaching.
