Right away he let me know that all the exercises I had been doing to help my injury were only making it worse, and subsequently guided me in exercises that were challenging but not brutal, motivating me without screaming like a drill sergeant, and kept pushing me out of my comfort zone.

His flexibility is a key to keeping people motivated, and he is constantly throwing in new exercises that I haven’t done before to keep it interesting.
Double D is the ultimate when it comes to motivation, knowledge, variety of exercises, punctuality, sense of humor, understanding your weaknesses and strengths.
Not many people I’d like to see that early in the morning but Don always shows up on time and in good spirit.
