The workouts are challenging and there is a good sense of community.
PCR uses a progressive programming which uses strength and skill progressions to engage athletes during the progression process.
I’ve dropped in a handful of times at this gym and every time has been great!
They did a really nice of job of warm-ups/cool downs for every workout, so I always felt like my body was prepared.
Great people, awesome program.
Everyone works at their own pace and to their fitness level but also appropriately pushed to improve either by adding additional reps or weight.
I’ve truly earned every drop of sweat, pound of muscle gained and fat lost.
There are classes all throughout the day so that helps, if you miss a class you can always join a later one.
I was new to Cross Fit and all the coaches are helpful and the activities are fun and challenging.
And while the workouts are challenging (as any "workout" should be or it's not really a "workout") the coaches encourage, correct your form, or provide a variety of alternative moves so you can fully participate.
