They are diligent about teaching correct form to keep us strong and injury free, and offer a variety of modifications to fit every ability level.
I’m very grateful for the time and experience I had at Cross Fit DNR and even though I was only there for about a year, this gym felt like home and was always a place I looked forward to going to.
We tried out a bunch of the gyms around the area prior to joining and this is hands down the best one.
I had the pleasure of working out with the 7:20pm class and I can honestly say they are some the kindest and most supportive people I've gotten to know.
