The coaching staff is world class and Caio and his competition team are not only extraordinary athletes—they are simply great people.
Tyler, the instructor, did a great job breaking down technique and he’s a high level competitor to boot!
However, if you arrive 30min before class, it should be easier to find a spot.
I am always amazed at his ability to remembers your name, even if he’s only spoken to you once or twice.
The coaches were knowledgeable, the facility is top-notch, and the training environment extremely welcoming.
There is tons of mat space for jiu jitsu, with multiple classes run each day catering to all levels and ages, from kids to adults looking to get fit or to get an introduction to the sport, to intermediate athletes and high levelled competitors.
The scheduling is perfect for parents having their kids in Jiu Jitsu because the CT FIT classes are at the same time!!
What a great place for the kids to learn the JJ techniques, discipline while having fun.
Definitely newbie-friendly but they also offer advanced classes for growth.
Instructors are really good as well, sometimes people are good athletes but not good instructors.
