I LOVE THIS GYM! ! I use the machines a lot, but I also take advantage of the Zumba class, the Kickboxing, and I have dropped in on a few other classes that have left me pleasingly sore. ..so I am getting stronger and leaner by the day, not to mention I GET MORE THAN MY MONEY'S WORTH! !!! The staff is exceptionally courteous, and I never been greeted with anything but a smile and warm welcome.

The management team goes above and beyond to ensure a positive atmosphere and provides support every step of the way on your fitness journey.
Employees aren’t very friendly at the Market st location though.
Personally, I love that they have a private Women’s Center gym off to the side and a smoothie bar.
