We had Breakthrough Sushi come to our office for a team building event and they knocked it out of the park!
Extremely fun, very informative, and you make a stupid amount of sushi.
We had a team day and Kaz arrived at the house, setup everything and we had an amazing sake cocktails and learned different sushi rolls and ended with a challenge contest.
Attended the class for my daughters 16th Birthday.
Wanted to do something different for a family outing and after doing some research, chose this class.
Kaz was a great teacher and the class was a very fun and unique work event.
The only downside was we were at the end of the long table (he was in the middle) and with the bar and it’s patrons so close to where the class was being taught it was difficult to hear all Kaz was saying.
We made multiple different rolls including rainbow rolls, hand rolls, and smaller maki rolls.
Kaz makes it very easy to understand and we did not even realize that it was not only learning to make it, but also eating more than we could possibly finish.
Throughout the session, Chef Kaz effortlessly guided each participant through the creation of five distinct rolls, including inside out, out, hand, big, rainbow, and small rolls.
