Big River Yoga offers classes that are true to the art of yoga by focusing not only on the movement, breath and poses but by also incorporating the mental and spiritual aspects of the practice in an easily digestible manner.
I used to go to BYG when I lived in the Cities, it's such a lovely studio.
Love everything about this yoga studio!
I tried out a lot of studios, but none made me feel as comfortable and at home being new to yoga as Big River does.
Walk-ins welcome, but the app for reserving class is very user friendly too.

There is a good variety of classes to choose from and the prices are competitive with other studios in town.
Attending yoga classes at Big River has given my daily life a deeper sense of well-being and has improved my physical health.
I highly recommend the studio not only for the quality of the instructors and variety of classes but also for the community that has been developed at Big River Yoga.
I pretty consistently hated intentional breathing and core exercises until attending Gerri's classes-- she is a fantastic instructor.
