Great variety of classes.
I tried a few different yoga studios when I moved to CT and have fallen in love with Bend.
Every single teacher is excellent, from gentle classes with Michelle to hot yoga with Meredith, each teacher gives their own personal touch and truly cares about the experience of each individual student.
Favorite studio around <3
She is a great resource with just about everything (yoga supplies — blocks and mats, picking the right amount of yoga classes for your wallet and life, and more).
Donations made toward domestic violence and other organizations are appreciated in lieu of payment.
I've been going to Bend for years now and truly believe this studio has the biggest sense of community, connection, and the highest quality of instructors in Connecticut.
Went on the Hawaii retreat with them and it was the most amazing experience of my life!!
Between the awesome instructors and classes coupled with their awesome retreats that the host, Bend is fantastic!
Danielle and the other instructors work with every level to ensure you get everything out of the classes.
