With poses practiced both on and off your horse, including hip openers, shoulder stretches, deep twists, and lateral stretches, you'll find improved strength, flexibility, and balance. Stretches designed for the horse mirror those for the rider. Breathing with intention brings clarity and awareness to your own body, while strengthening the bond with your horse.

My daughter and I had a great time with Gunnar (the horse) at Chaparro Ranch in Castle Rock, CO with Danny of Ashva Yoga.
Despite the cool temps and wind, we adapted (Danny's theme) and had such an enjoyable experience.
The breathing techniques were particularly helpful, and the different poses really loosened me up.
Danny helps guide you in a way that is easy to follow and understand, even if you have no prior yoga experience.
Danny is a great instructor, and both my horse and I really enjoyed our yoga session with her!
I would recommend coming here and I would always recommend making Yoga a regular practice in your life!
On the evening of June 11th we had a slow and thoughtful class with Gail Chodera.
