Alisa Greer Belly Dance

Other than weekly classes where we learn techniques, musicality, zills, veil & improv dancing, Alisa helps with choreographing, offers costume suggestions, works with vendors to procure them and with us to put up two excellent performances per year.

I been taking her classes for a little over a year now and every time I am learning something new.

She explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand and is patient and respectful of the learning process.

I feel like she has created such a loving and positive culture in her classes, where everyone is there to enjoy dance, have fun, support each other, and of course improve along the way!

What makes this all extra magical for me is how she even takes time in the classroom to pepper in some facts about the music, culture, and history behind the art, which brings an entirely new dimension to the experience, and it truly is an EXPERIENCE!

A challenge to the mind to let go of limiting thoughts like "I cant" or "I don't know how"....

I am so happy she is teaching online classes during this pandemic time so I can continue learning belly dancing with her.

Alisa makes all her students feel welcome, takes her time explaining and demonstrating movements, encourage us along the way and has a cheerful and contagious positive attitude making all classes fun and easy to follow along!

She is always willing to help her students and really makes the class an enjoyable experience!!

Unfortunately, the pandemic occurred a few months into learning so classes were cancelled.
