20/20 Horsemanship
We offer a whole horse approach to learning how to horseback ride. We ensure students are comfortable moving around the horse on the ground and begin teaching ground handling at the first lesson. We believe that nerves and fear get in the way of learning, When a student is confident handling a very large animal, they will be able to process more information. All students are taught herd behavior and body language. They also learn how to use their body language to engage with the horse both on the ground and in the saddle. Everyone the barn is very welcoming and we all pull together when we can to get Barn chores done except it's never a chore when we're there because we have so much fun.
