FAQs

Do you have water?

We sell alkaline bottled water at the front desk or you can bring your own bottle to our alkaline filling station. We also have a Tap Bar with an assorted selection of local Kombucha if you need a little fizz!

What if I'm running late?

Call the studio and let us know of your ETA so that we can save your spot and please always try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class time to ensure your spot is not released to a waitlisted member. To be respectful of everyones experience if you are late we will only allow entry into the boxing room after the warm up, which happens at about the 5-8 minute mark after the start of class. The last allowed entry point would be at the first water break which happens at about the 12-15 minute mark. No exceptions. This is for your safety, you do not want to get hit in the face during a round!

How old do you need to be?

For our current class schedule age limit is 16, but we allow all ages to participate in private training with our coaches. Please also ask about hosting a custom Ring Side class with us for a small group of up to 6 people! We also host Kids Camps in the summer months which will be posted on the schedule!
