FAQs
Which boxing gloves should I buy?
Boxing gloves go by weight not by size; 12oz, 14oz, or 16oz can be used for the drills and bag work we do in class. We occasionally offer sparring for some clients that are interested; 16oz are best for sparring.
What is the difference between the boot camp and the classes?
Our boot camp is a 4 week program that is design to build over the course of the program, starting from the basics and gradually getting more intense. Our classes can be taken throughout the week and have different focuses depending on the type of class. Anyone with a membership, drop in pass or Groupon can take the classes.
Do you offer youth classes?
Yes! We offer Teen (ages 13-18) classes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4pm-5pm and Kids (ages 7-12) classes Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm-5pm. Classes are $10 per drop in or $45 a month for unlimited classes for teens and kids with our youth membership.
How do your class passes work?
We offer 10 classes for $125 and 20 classes for $250. Once purchased, we put the classes on your account; use up the classes when you check in at the front desk.
How do your memberships work?
We offer 3 different types if memberships (3 month, 6 month and 12 month contract). All of our memberships are for unlimited classes. We do not collect the money upfront, memberships are on a monthly autopay schedule. See membership page for rates.
