For pole classes, short shorts, a sports bra and a tank top are recommended. Exposing more skin makes it easier to stick to the pole. Fabric will slide right off the pole, giving you no grip. For lyra and other classes, please wear a tank top, sports bra, and leggings.

You should NOT wear ANY lotion on your hands and legs the day of class. It will make hands and legs slippery and unable to grip the pole. Also do not wear jewelry (especially rings) to pole class for they will damage the poles and the jewelry itself. We have lockers that you can safely store your belongings while you are attending to the class.

Yes! The parking is located in the back of the building. The parking entrance is off Nimitz, right after Maunakea Street (before Kekaulike Street). It is easy to miss the entrance, so please slow down after Maunakea Street. You will see the speed limit sign and the yellow pedestrian crossing sign right by the parking entrance. Cancellation is required be handled in person. We do not accept online or over the phone cancellation. Please walk in during the class hours to meet with one of our instructors to process your cancellation. Please note that you must cancel 5 working days before your next payment, to ensure that no further payments will be taken.
