We are located just 1/2 block up from the little beach in the Shops at Nokomis Beach. Whatever type of yoga class you are looking for, we probably have it here! We teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Svaroopa, Yoga Basics, Yoga for Seniors and more. We have the air purifier running and the AC as well. Come, cool off and unwind. Feel better today. All are welcome!
