We will begin with a brief chat about the power of creating intentions and vision boards followed by a little movement to get into our bodies in order for our mind and hearts to bring our intentions to the forefront. The bulk of our time will be spent creating your vision board!!! FAQs

How long are the classes?

The classes are typically 45 minutes to an hour. There is a cool down session included in that time. There will also always be at least an hour between the end of each class and the start of the next class so you will never feel rushed.

Can I bring a friend?

You may bring a friend to a single class, however, they must still book the class to ensure there is enough space. They will not be required to pay as each guest has one complimentary visit. After the first visit they will need to select one of our payment options.

Can I come late?

We recommend rebooking if you are over 15 minutes. Before that time you may come in and silently walk to a space. Please do not walk in front of the instructor and please do not be disruptive.

Does the studio accept walk-ins?

We do take walk-ins depending on if there is space and if the instructor is available. We strongly suggest to call ahead of time and inquire availability at least 2 hours before the class you would like to attend. On the days that we hold special classes or events, no walk-ins will be accepted.

Does the studio offer beginner classes?

All classes at The Lotus Pearl are beginner classes. If you need extra help or assistance you can speak with the instructor prior to your first class.
