Join Ali for a Full Moon Flow! The class will include a full-body flow where students explore linking their breath to their movements. This will be a fluid mindful practice to help the students connect with the energy of the full moon. Students can expect to find strength, flexibility, and balance in this class as they learn to move while respecting the anatomy of their bodies. Following our movement practice, we will partake in a guided meditation focused on the moon. Then students will come together as a community to discuss the role the moon plays in our lives and how we can honor the strength & serenity within each of us. This class is geared to practitioners of all experience levels. Modification and advancements will be offered throughout the class so that every student feels welcomed and encouraged in their yoga practice. Tickets cost $29 or $19 for sol-members. Max participants is 10 people so be sure to sign up to save your space!
