This class will Introduce or Refresh your existing practice of Kundalini Yoga and for those who simply enjoy the practice. Enjoy the energy generated by Pranayama, Chants and energy stirring movements which also strength your core and diaphragm. This in turn improves your digestion, metabolism and science is proving increases serotonin the bodies. 'Happy Hormone' Jessica Piquette is well known for her Kundalini Classes in the South Bay. It is recommended not to eat for 1 or 2 hours before class and let the instructor know if you have high blood pressure, history of heart ailments, epilepsy, migraine, vertigo, or severe conditions related to digestion, spondylitis of the neck, or slipped disc as they may recommend you skip or take slowly 'some' of the breath-work or movement's. Since this is an Intro to Kundalini it's a chance to find out if Kundalini is for you or not. The Studio Doors and Parking Garage will open 20 minutes before class start time. We have yoga mats and towels for rent if you don't have your own and complimentary water bottle refill stations.
