FAQs
What should I bring with me?
Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Wear comfortable workout clothes that you don't mind getting sweaty in. We have mat & towel rentals available as well.
I've never done yoga before, where do I start?
Depends what you are looking for with your practice! If you want something slower we recommend deep stretch or gentle flow. Come in for a warm/hot vinyasa or fusion class. Sculpt is where it is at. Use our two week unlimited intro offer (just $20!) to try out different class styles and see what works best for you.
Do you have a minimum age requirement?
Yes, at 11-13 a minor can attend our less heated/slower classes such as gentle flow & deep stretch with a parent/guardian. From 14-17 they can attend any of the classes on our schedule. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a minor waiver filled out by a parent/guardian prior to participation. If a minor is disruptive to class we reserve the right to ask them to leave.
Should I tell my yoga teacher about my injury/ailment?
Yes! Your teacher can help you to modify your practice for your body and injury if you tell them about it. Yoga is for everyone and all of our classes can be modified to meet each student's specific body and needs.
