The annual registration fee is $30/family and charged to your account when you first enroll and again on the same date each year. You can drop your class and re-enroll without a new registration fee if it is within a 12 month period.

All outdoor sports programs in Florida experience weather cancellations at times due to heavy rain or lightning. Our weather policy states that we cancel class when rain is heavy but we teach in the light rain if it is warm enough, est 80 degrees. We cancel class when lightning is as close as 8 miles to the pool, and we resume class as soon as the lightning clears. Parents receive an email notification before class if cancelled as well as a make-up token to use for an additional class.

We understand that families are busy and that children miss class due to schedule conflicts or illness once in a while. Tuition is prepaid in order to hold your spot in class for the whole month even if you have to miss a class. We are not able to give make-up tokens or class credits when a student misses class. Our small classes stay full and we are not able to manage make-up classes fairly to all families when they miss a class.

Your child is considered enrolled in their class month to month until their parent sets a drop date for them The drop date refers to the child's last day of class. If your drop date is set before tuition runs on the 1st of the month, your last month will be pro-rated from the 1st of the month through your designated drop date. This provides the flexibility that many families need.

Our instructors are a valuable resource and we serve more children by keeping our instructors in one central location, and arranging for parents to come to us. Therefore, are not able to arrange for lessons at home pools. Our small group lessons have a 4/1 ratio as children learn better by watching each other, and our classes are offered in central locations with a goal of offering easy access to swim lessons.
