We are so excited to introduce our newest Pilates Project instructor Catherine!
Catherine completed a rigorous 600 hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training with Real Pilates and holds degrees in both Dance and Arts Management from SUNY Purchase College.
As a professional dancer, she loves the mind/body connection and concentration that Pilates requires and believes the method can strengthen and empower every person who practices. In addition to teaching Pilates, Catherine enjoys reading books, trying new recipes, and spending time with loved ones.
Catherine is available to teach private sessions and duets and teaches a Group Apparatus class Fridays at 730 am. Book a session with Catherine.
