Meet Chantel. Working Mom of FOUR. Her current Evolve routine is 2 privates per week beginning 8 weeks postpartum + incorporating 1 group class per week. What was your fitness routine before evolve? "I had a dance and sports background as child. In my early adult years I was pretty strongly involved in triathalon and a regular at Cross Fit. After my first pregnancy in 2015 however I found myself move away from the endurance world and settle into a less active lifestyle." What were some concerns before coming to Evolve? "I have really big babies 9&10+ pounds. It was after my second and third child I noticed the mom pooch with some diastasis recti. I found myself below my pre-pregnancy weight however couldn’t get rid of the pooch in my abdomen. My pelvic floor was weak and my muscles had major atrophy. I was nowhere close to my personal health goals." Tell us about your Results. "I feel the strongest I’ve ever felt from core to surface. The gap between my abdominals has begun to shrink and I’ve strengthened muscles that have been dormant for some time now. I can also sneeze and cough with no worry! As a mother of four little ones my time at Evolve gives me a peaceful little escape from our hectic lives and a time where I can work on me both mind and body which ultimately helps me to be a better mother and wife and more present with my family." What would you say was your biggest benefit from the Evolve Method and studio as a whole? "The private lesson"...
