What's included with membership?

Two fitness assessments with one of our trainers Full gym floor access (excludes streaming membership) Access to all group classes, both in-person and virtual Access to lockers, showers, and towel service

Do you offer a family plan?

Spouses are eligible for a discount (add-on membership), and any children (over the age of 14) who are full-time students can sign up for the student rate.

What's included in the streaming membership?

Access to our virtual group classes, except for the group cycle and TRX classes This membership does not include in-person classes or gym floor access

Does my insurance cover membership costs?

We are able to provide you with a copy of your invoices, which you can forward directly to your insurance company. Most insurance companies do reimburse for gym membership, even if it's only partial reimbursement.

Will the steam rooms and saunas open again?

We are in the process of transitioning to infrared sauna technology. This cutting-edge system represents the future of safe and effective heat therapy/recovery.
