How long are the small group personal training sessions?
You can expect to be at the gym for about 1 hour. Each session begins with a 5-10 minute warm up followed by a 5 minute breakdown of the workout. The workout itself takes 45 minutes.
Does my membership lock me into one group time?
No! All memberships allow for flexible scheduling through our member portal. Simply sign up in advance to secure your spot! You can find our full schedule on the membership page HERE
Are the small group training sessions tailored to individual fitness levels and goals?
Yes! Our coaches are experienced and trained to modify exercises according to limitations, injuries, or fitness level as well as challenging each individual during each session.
Do your nutrition programs take specific dietary restrictions into account?
All of our nutrition programs involve an in depth nutrition consultation beforehand. Our plans are made from scratch and tailored to your specifications.
