FAQs

How long does it take to see results?

Be patient. Long-term change, lasting results, and true wellness take time. However, with consistency, they absolutely will come. The exciting thing is that as a beginner, results do come fairly quickly. In the first few weeks of working with a coach, you'll be able to really see a difference in your day-to-day habits, how you feel, how your clothes fit, and your overall strength and fitness.

Do I get the chance to meet new friends at the gym?

Yes! We have a community full of like minded, uplifting individuals on the same mission that you are, looking to better themselves and the people around them. There is nothing more powerful in making positive change in your life than surrounding yourself with the positive influence to do so.

What sets you apart from other gyms in the area?

We are the only true GPP (general physical preparedness) training facility in the area with a program that focuses on tempo strength work, breath work and workouts that build an absurd level of fitness. We have a team of coaches invested in delivering world class experiences and a community of positive influence to help you stay accountable to your goals.

Do you provide free refreshments at the gym?

We have reverse osmosis, filtered water available to our members so long you bring a water bottle! Other drinks and retail items are available for purchase.

Do I have to be fit to join the gym?

No. This is a common misconception in starting with us. Our fitness program is what will help you become fit. No matter where your current fitness level is at today, we have the fitness program that is right for you! Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed to be universally scalable and our coaches are experts when it comes to individualizing your workout experience. So, regardless of your current fitness level or your training experience, you'll be in good hands here at BGYM.
