Are you a weight loss gym?
To put it simply, we are a health and fitness center. Though weight loss -- and our weight loss challenges -- are a highlight of our gyms, we are so much more than that. In addition to weight-loss training and challenges, we are also perfect for anyone looking to build muscle or just tone up. Our personal trainers can work with you to understand your goals and develop a routine that will help you reach them. Our group classes are eclectic and provide an exhaustive calorie burn.
Do you offer daycare?
Many of our locations do offer MUV Kids onsite childcare. Though sometimes amenities vary from location to location, we ask that you contact your local MUV Fitness for specific information.
Can I give your gym a try?
We're so glad you asked! We understand that making a commitment to a gym membership is a big decision, so we invite you to try us for FREE! Just reach out to our team at the MUV fitness gym nearest you, and we'll get you started with a trial membership. We'll sit down with you to discuss what you want from a gym, give you a tour, and allow you to explore our various amenities and classes.
