FAQs

Can I record myself in class?

Recording yourself and your progress is important, and we encourage it! We ask that you record yourself AT THE END OF CLASS and not during class, when the instructor is teaching. We will allow time at the end of class for recording. Please use consideration when recording and ask your classmates for their permission if they appear in your video. Recording the instructor while teaching class is not permitted.

How do I know what Pole Level I'm in?

Our classes are organized by levels (Level 1-4.) To determine what level you are in, please take our Pole Level quiz or head over to our Pole Levels page for a more details.

How do I book a class?

Great question! We use an online booking system provided by Wellness living. Just click on our Booking a Class page to in order to register, sign up and book, and pay for a class.

What kind of heels can I use for Dance it Out?

Some Dance it Out classes will require the use of heels. We recommend heels that you feel comfortable dancing in (leave your stilettos at home!) and that are thick enough to withstand a wide range of dance movements. We also recommend Pleasers shoes.

What if I need to cancel my membership?

We are sad to see you go, but understand that life happens! Our memberships have a minimum 3-month commitment and requires a credit card on file for a monthly reoccurring charge. If you need to cancel before the 3-month minimum, you will be subjected to a $25 charge.
