Do I have to be in shape first?

Definitely not. CrossFit helps you get in shape, and we modify for all levels. We would love for you to learn our cues, instead of feeling you have to be fit first. You are actually in a better place than someone who thinks they have it all figured out.

Will I get bulky?

No. You will not get big muscles unless you take a lot of protein or if you train super heavy weights. The key is balancing strength with conditioning. And guaranteed you will put on lean muscle if you dial in nutrition, which will help you get leaner and more defined. We can customize for you.

How are you different from other CrossFit gyms?

We believe our community is unparalleled for its kindness and non-intimidating environment. Also, our coaches are some of the longest and most decorated on the island, who have a passion for solid technique before speed and load. Our team has been rooted on Maui for many years, and we love giving back to our unique Upcountry home.
