FAQs

Is there a gym membership fee?

Yes. A catalyst gym membership cost 40$ a month after initial sign up fees. Each gym member will have access to 24/7 gym service, showers and changing stations, as well as a personal gym code. Catalyst gym members will also receive discounts to catalyst gym group sessions. If you choose to forego a gym membership, there will be a 5$ day charge to workout

Do I need to have any fitness experience to start training with Limit Lifters?

No. We will customize your program based off of your assessment. We will also explain to you how we decided to write your program in order to teach you how to be a master of your own health

Do I have to read in order to train?

Not at all! You do not have to read to train with Limit Lifters but we highly recommend that you incorporate mental training and habit stacking into your fitness routine in order to get the most out of your training !
