Are all of your trainers certified?

All trainers are Nationally Certified, the gold standard for program accreditation in the health and fitness industry. They are also CPR and First Aid certified. All of our trainers are required to maintain continuing education. This way we are always up to date with the current information in our industry.

What is a Personal Trainer?

A Personal Trainer is an individual who has earned a certification that demonstrates they have achieved a level of competency for creating and delivering safe and effective exercise programs for individuals and groups or those with medical clearance to exercise. They motivate clients by collaborating to set goals, providing meaningful feedback, and by being a reliable source for accountability.

What kind of equipment do you have?

We are a state of the art facility containing some of the best equipment in the industry. We carry equipment from Watson, Prime Fitness USA, Rogue Fitness and Perform Better.

Do I need to pay for a membership?

Revival Fitness is strictly a by-appointment personal training studio, which means clients do not need to pay membership fees or yearly maintenance fees.

What happens during the free consultation?

We will be going over your goals and you will get to see everything Revival Fitness has to offer. Wear workout clothes because you will be taken through a quick workout that way your trainer can see your strengths and weaknesses. After that we will give you a recommendation on how many sessions a week will get you to your goals the fastest way possible.
