FAQs

What do I wear during the session?

Please wear loose athletic attire. Women can wear sport bras with loose straps and tank tops with loose fitting shorts. No spandex leggings or long pants!!

Do I have to do the Preliminary Client Consult before the therapy?

Yes. This appointment allows us to address company policies, do thorough assessments, and allows us to discuss individual concerns beforehand so we can spend more time on therapy during the in-person session.

What is Orthopedic Integrated Therapy?

Orthopedic Integrated Therapy is a combination of massage, stretching, and orthopedic manipulation techniques that, through assessment, work to specifically treat soft tissue and musculoskeletal disorders. It addresses specific injuries and locations.

What is Corrective Exercise?

Corrective Exercise is a subspecialty within personal training that allows our Certified Personal Trainers to focus on correcting your imbalances and posture during movement instead of concentrating on sport performance.

Do you work with physical therapists and doctors?

Yes! We continue the restorative effort after your physical therapy has ended. We can do prehab and rehab for any injury in conjunction with PT and doctor's appointments.
