How many calories should I eat a day?

This is dependable upon age, activity level, medical conditions, pregnancy, and many other factors. It is a matter of a quick scientific equation. Keep in mind, if weight loss is your goal, there are 3,500 kcal in one pound of fat. A safe rate of loss would be a deficit of specific macros 500 kcal in diet, and 500kcal during exercise. At this steady pace, you will lose around 2-3 pounds weekly depending on your personal circumstances. Again, this will all depends on what your exact health goal is.

What kind of fat is OK to eat?

Many people are afraid to eat fat, however when you eat fat, you burn fat. Considering our brains are 70% fat, this is essential. What you are truly looking for is balance between saturated fats and poly/mono unsaturated fats. Never consume TRANS fat.

What helps with a poor appetite?
