It's the questions you ask that lead you, make sure you are asking quality questions. Asking why questions often will make the situation worse. Why did you drop the glass on the floor does nothing but make the child feel terrible. Just turn it around to a positive and you will be halfway there. It's amazing what can start to turn around in your life when you master the art of positive questions. Martial arts are not all about self-defense. It's more about using your mind and body to its best abilities.
