Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu group lessons at Connection Rio Jiu-Jitsu Academy are held six days a week. Our group training covers a broad range of techniques and drills that allow for application in diverse settings from sport BJJ to self defense. Classes are meticulously programmed by 3rd degree black belt Dennis Asche weeks in advance to combine each lesson with next and each week with the following week. CR Academy’s programming provides students with the best means of learning BJJ and developing their own Jiu-Jitsu game plan most suitable for the individuals strengths.
