Let's hear it for our rockstar student of the week, Caden! This 7 year old Orange/Purple belt has been training at Journey for more than 2 years. In that time Caden has developed his martial arts techniques to the point that he's become quite skilled in sparring. In fact, sparring is now his favorite aspect of martial arts training! Caden has earned many of our life skills badges over the course of the last couple years, but the badge he is most proud of is the PERSEVERANCE badge. He says working through the belt tips and learning the katas is hard but he's learned that practice pays off!! 🤜 Caden takes his martial arts outside the dojo as well by facing his fears and helping people out however he can. When Caden isn't training karate or lending a helping hand, you can probably find him running track, building things, or doing extra push-ups 💪💪 Way to go, Caden!! We are so proud of all your accomplishments and we are excited to see you continue to grow brave and spread kindness as you journey on the path to becoming one of our Black Belt leaders💚...
