Or to hope for tension. nnSo many things can happen at a show with a huge atmosphere the rider must ride the horse they have that day. Perhaps tense. Or behind the leg. Or spooky. nnThey do the best they can to manage all of these issues. nnI think we as supporters of the sport should have some sympathy rather than criticism for these riders.nnPerhaps the true issue is that these critics have never been in these situations themselves. Have they never shown at such a high level? nnRemember we are all just doing the best we can. Be kind.
