What should I wear & bring for my first class?
We suggest a tee or tank and form-fitting pants or shorts. We also have water and energy drinks available for purchase, but feel free to bring your own! Also, we provide complimentary towels and seat cushions available at the front desk to make your riding experience better, just ask our front desk staff!
Can I ride if I am pregnant or have prior medical conditions?
We have had many pregnant women who are able to ride right up until their due date. We highly recommend you check with your doctor before riding at CLUB & CYCLE to prevent any unnecessary injury.
How many calories are burned per class?
It depends on the weight of the individual and the amount of exertion used. Research indicates that on average, indoor cyclists burn from 500-700 calories in a 45-minute workout.
Do you offer a monthly membership?
Yes, we offer a C&C contract. The monthly fee is $110 and the charge is automatically deducted every month, on the day that the contract was purchased, from the credit card you place on file.
