
How To Get Started. Introductory Sessions are the best way to begin, as they are foundational for you, and they allow us to properly access your needs and design a program to meet your goals, all at a discounted rate. During three 55-minute sessions, learn the principles of the method along with exercises appropriate for your fitness level utilizingvarious pieces of Pilates equipment in the studio. If you choose to learn remotely, your teacher may suggest a resistance band, small hand-held weights, and/or other household items,but a simpleyoga mat or padded floor is all you will need. We recommend booking your three sessions within one month, but within 2-3 weeks is better!
