Sensei sean and all the members of this school taught me more about myself than anyone has before.
Make no mistake, this isn't some mcdojo where you will fly through the ranks; you will have to put in an earnest effort and they will extract their pound of flesh on your way to mastering the art of ju jitsu.
We went for a trial night to watch and when Sean asked if she wanted to join in she sat back and watched for a bit, but soon slipped off her shoes and socks and joined in.

Sensei Sean and the rest of the academy was very welcoming I highly recommend it.
